A: iPhone user can go to App Store to download "Golden Harvest Mobile Ticketing".
Android user can go to Play Store to download "Golden Harvest Mobile Ticketing".
4.  Q: Is there any service charge for online and mobile ticketing?
A: $10 per movie ticket.E.g.: I have purchased 3 tickets through online booking, the total service charge is $30 (3 x $10 = $30)
5.  Q: How many tickets can I purchase through online and mobile ticketing?
A: Maximum 9 tickets in each transaction.
6.  Q: When is the latest time for online and mobile ticketing?
A: Online ticketing: The latest time is 15 minutes before the show starts.
Mobile ticketing: The lastest time is 1 minute beofre the show starts.
E.g. If show time is 5pm, you can still purchase tickets at 4:45pm through online ticketing. However, you cannot purchase tickets from 4:46pm onwards. For mobile ticketing, it is still available until 5pm.
7.  Q: How many days for advance sales?
A: In general, maximum 3 days (including 2 days for advance sales and the opening day)
8.  Q: Can I enjoy GH Moviegoer, student, child or senior discount through online and mobile ticketing?
A: Adult, student, child and GH Moviegoer tickets are available.
9.  Q: Can I use vouchers and other discount through online and mobile ticketing?
A: In general, no vouchers or discounts are accepted for online and mobile ticketing.
10.  Q: Can I purchase “disabled seats” through online and mobile ticketing?
A: Yes, you can (except Grand Ocean as there is no disabled seat available).
11.  Q: What means of payment does the online and mobile ticketing accept?
A: VISA, MasterCard and America Express.
12.  Q: What is “Reference No.” for?
A: If you fail to pick up ticket via kiosk, please pass your “Reference No.” to box office for checking the transaction record. We can issue ticket at box office if your transaction is successful. Please mark down the “Reference No.” after transaction is done.
13.  Q: How to check if the transaction is successful or not?
A: Online ticketing: Please go to our website and click the icon of "Online booking Status" on the left column. Input your credit card no. that used for transaction and its expiry date, then you can check online if your transaction is successful or not.
Mobile ticketing: You can click "Record" at the "Golden Harvest Mobile Ticketing" to check your booking status.
14.  Q: How can I pick up the ordered tickets?
A: Please bring along with your credit card that used in online and mobile transaction and pick up your tickets via kiosk at the cinemas that you have selected.
15.  Q: When can I pick up the ordered tickets after purchasing through online and mobile?
A: Once the transaction is complete, you can pick up the ordered ticket via kiosk at the cinema you have selected.
16.  Q: Can I pick up ordered tickets at any GH Cinemas?
A: You can only pick up the ordered tickets at the cinema you have selected only.
17.  Q: If I have 2 or more transactions by using the same credit card, do I need to pick up tickets separately?
A: Our system will sort out all tickets you have ordered, so you can pick up all ordered tickets at kiosk at the same time.
18.  Q: When will my credit card account be charged through online and mobile ticketing?
A: Once the transaction is done, your credit card account will be charged immediately.
19.  Q: If I have not picked up the ordered ticket, will my credit card account be charged? Can I change or cancel it?
A: Once the transaction is done, your credit card account will be charged immediately. The ordered tickets can neither be changed nor refunded.
20.  Q: Will my credit card account be charged under the company name "Golden Harvest Cinemas"?
A: Your credit card account will be charged under the company name “M Cinemas Company Limited”.
21.  Q: Do I need to bring my own 3D glasses to watch 3D movies at GH Cinemas?
A: You can bring your own 3D glasses or borrow from GH Cinemas and return to us after show.
22.  Q: Can I use 3D glasses from other cinema circuit?
A: Due to different format of 3D system, 3D glasses from other cinema circuit are not applicable to GH Cinemas.
23.  Q: Does GH Cinemas sell 3D glasses?
A: Customer can purchase 3D glasses at GH Cinemas box office. We have 3 kinds of 3D glasses including adult, child and clip-on for your choice.
24.  Q: What should I do with my tickets if a typhoon signal 8 or above or blackrain storm signal is hoisted?
A: If you cannot attend the show, please keep the ticket and go to the regarding cinema for exchanging ticket of other show within 7 days (from the next day of the show date). You can only exchange ticket with value the same or below the one you have purchased (per ticket). No refund of ticket, service charge or ticket price difference is accepted. The above arrangement is not valid to 3Screen customer.
